And now I live on 25m2 (80 feet) in an aprtment and I'm gone more then 40 hours a week for work and other things, I wouldn't do that to any dog, long hours of staying alone. Dogs are social animals after all. Maybe later on when my life isn't so hectic and full (As if!) :). The most beautiful dog is always your own dog. If your dog gets enough exercise, other people will think it is beautiful too and strangers will talk to you.
